Return Policy
If the received product does not meet your expectations, please inform us first and then send it back to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within the ten calendar days agreed period starting from the day of receipt.Please note that the return costs will be on your charge.
We agree to refund it within ten calendar days after its receipt and according to the following terms and conditions:
1. The box is returned without having been opened, we refund the products except for the hydrosols (due to their fragility) and shipping costs remain on your charge.
2. The box is returned on your own decision. We refund the products, but the shipping cost remains on your charge.
3. In case of a leak during the transportation please send us a picture of the concerned product.

You understand products sold by Blessed Sunshine Aromatics LLC are for external use only.
Certification of our products
You understand the use of the term ‘wildcrafted’ means the distiller has harvested plants that are growing wild and distilled those plants. You understand the use of the term ‘organically grown’ means the distiller is not certified organic, but is, to the best of our knowledge, growing the plants without the use of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
