Yes. Every oil we sell is 100% pure, undiluted essential oil with no synthetic additives, carriers, or fillers unless the listing specifically says otherwise (for example, our roll-on blends are intentionally diluted in a carrier oil for safe direct skin application). Each product page lists the botanical (Latin) name, extraction method, and country of origin.
“Therapeutic grade” isn’t a regulated or standardized industry term — there’s no governing body that certifies it, so you’ll see it used differently across brands. What we can tell you concretely: our oils are batch-tested for purity, and test results (GC/MS reports) are available on request for any product. We’d rather give you the actual data than a label.
Keep them in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat — a cabinet or drawer works well. Always keep caps tightly closed between uses. Properly stored, most essential oils stay potent for 1–3 years; citrus oils (like lemon, orange, and bergamot) have a shorter shelf life, closer to 6–12 months, due to natural oxidation.
Most essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil (like jojoba, sweet almond, or fractionated coconut oil) before skin contact — undiluted “neat” application can cause irritation or sensitization for many oils. A few, like lavender, are commonly used neat in small amounts, but we recommend a patch test first regardless. Product pages include suggested dilution ratios.
Some essential oils aren’t recommended during pregnancy, for young children, or around certain pets (cats in particular are sensitive to many essential oils). Because safety depends on the specific oil, the individual, and the method of use, we recommend checking with a healthcare provider, a certified aromatherapist, or your veterinarian before use in these situations.
